Information you provide

When you submit a stay request, hotel application or newsletter signup, we receive the details you provide, including your email address and message.

Journey measurement

Artshotels records limited events such as a guide view, hotel-page view, flight search or click toward a reservation provider. These records contain the page, campaign markers when present and a temporary session identifier. They do not include the contents of forms, payment information or a stored IP address.

The measurement system does not set an advertising cookie. A temporary identifier may be held in browser session storage and normally disappears when the browsing session ends. Measurement is disabled when the browser sends a Do Not Track preference.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to requests. Aggregated journey data helps us understand which destinations and hotel guides are useful, whether reservation routes work and where the site requires improvement.

Service providers

Cloudflare Pages Functions and storage services process form and journey records. Transactional email may be delivered by Resend. Flight, hotel and other travel links may lead to Travelpayouts or another stated provider, each operating under its own privacy policy.

Retention

Journey events are configured to expire after 180 days. Form submissions may be retained longer where necessary to answer a request, administer an application or meet legal obligations.
